Article 1 - Subject

These General Terms of Use (GTU) aim to define the terms and conditions of access and use of the Exova AI application, published by Selestia. Any use of the application implies full and complete acceptance of these GTU.

Article 2 - Publisher

The Exova AI application is published by Selestia. For any request, the user can contact: contact@exova.ai.

Article 3 - Access to the service

Exova AI is accessible on iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. Access to the service requires the creation of a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Article 4 - Service Description

Exova AI offers a smart workspace allowing the use of specialized AI Agents. These Agents enable, among other things, content generation, task automation, data analysis, and professional assistance. Features may evolve at any time.

Article 5 - Subscriptions and payments

Certain features are accessible via a paid subscription. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Prices are indicated in the application. The subscription is renewed automatically unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.

Article 6 - Affiliate program

Exova AI may offer an affiliate program allowing certain users to receive a commission on sales generated via their affiliate link or code. Selestia reserves the right to modify or suspend this program at any time.

Article 7 - User obligations

The user commits to using Exova AI legally and in compliance with these GTU. They are notably prohibited from: using the service for fraudulent purposes, distributing illicit, defamatory content, or content contrary to public order, attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or misusing the service features.

Article 8 - Content and liability

The user is solely responsible for the content they submit, import, or generate via Exova AI. Results produced by AI Agents are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors. Selestia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the generated content. The user remains responsible for how they use it.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

All elements comprising Exova AI (software, interface, design, brand, logo, content) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited. The user retains ownership of the content they submit.

Article 10 - Suspension or termination

Selestia reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these GTU, abusive use of the service, or fraudulent behavior, without notice or compensation.

Article 11 - Limitation of liability

Selestia cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, financial loss, or commercial harm resulting from the use or inability to use Exova AI. The service is provided 'as is', without any guarantee of being error-free or uninterrupted.

Article 12 - Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Exova AI Privacy Policy, accessible from the application.

Article 13 - Minors

Exova AI is not intended for people under 15 years old. Users under 15 can only use the service with the prior written authorization of a parent or legal representative.

Article 14 - Modification of GTU

Selestia reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification via the application.

Article 15 - Applicable law

These GTU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
